Cancellation Policy

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you would like to change the services you have booked or if you can't make your appointment. This will allow sufficient time for other clients to fill the spot.

Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice, or no-shows will be charged a $50 fee.

If you arrive for your appointment and you make amendments to reduce the services you have originally booked, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled services.
